If further communication is needed from an internal department or third party further contact information will be requested and required. This information can include: your email address, mobile or landline telephone number, delivery address and birthday details. If you message us privately we will keep your message, email address, and contact information to respond to your request and for a log purpose only. We will not pass these details over to any internal department or third-party without your full consent.

Additional Information: You may choose to provide us with additional information to help improve and personalize your experience with products. For example, we may ask you for specific dietary requirements, allergen information, interests, favourite products, hobbies, location and local store. We do not use the content you may share with us privately in private messages to serve you adds. We do receive information based on how many people view our content on our social media channels. When this happens, we keep a log of your account profile, this log data may include your IP address. We use this log data to customize the content we show you, including ads.

Competitions:
If you choose to enter our competitions and you are randomly selected as a winner then in order to claim your prize relevant contact/delivery information will be required. When entering our social media competitions, you are agreeing to our competition terms and conditions and this Privacy Policy which will include: agreeing for us to use your name publicly in order to announce the winner. When announcing winners to our competitions we will reply directly to your comment, announce your name in the comments of the competition post or publish a new post announcing your name.
